I discovered the following. In the test auction the way districts are oganized is very interesting. As you can see on the small map, in the middle there's the Genesis plaza and the districts are the purple spaces.

So Greenpoint is right below its larger neighbour Decentraland University, and next to Genesis Plaza 0,80. Let's explore what's going on, this is exciting for sure



Also The MVT is a sleeping little dragon with only 3 million cap. A few talented people can literally take over the lead of the DAO's development to foster community participation and a snowball effect... it will easily be at a double digit million market cap too imo. Also a lot of people will become aware of Greenpoint and The Movement when Decentraland is launching the world
