I did already send the post how to be synchronized and how to do public node.
To make warranty of sync and be syncronized in decentralize networks, any coin need to have public nodes.
Anyone can do this and share blockchain to another users from static external IP or domain name + DDNS.
Also, original signatum have supporting TOR-nodes, but I cann't syncronize by using this.
