Btcforclicks.io says "no withdrawal method avaliable". But in Faucethub, they say the faucet is full (not empty).

What is going on here?

They are all, basically, have the same owner/admin, I think. But yes, in my side, it's also "No withdrawal method available." I think they are in the process of changing the claim rate or something because for sure they still have decent claim rate 1-20. Although, they have all limited to 100 satoshi withdrawal every hour.
