With this in mind, my hopes are high as probably within the next week I could get Enhanced Verification. As soon as this becomes a reality, I'll be able to withdraw my hard earned Bitcoin and buy the car of my dreams. 

Nonetheless, I hope that others could get their issues solved ASAP since I know that it is frustrating to wait weeks in order to get access to one's funds. That is to say, if Bittrex gets back on track then I will continue to use it for my crypto trades.
