The working process of exchange platform and collaborative use can be described as
follows:
1.Sellers display property description on BitRent
 platform.
2.Buyers search for real state that matches their criteria.
3.Buyers   send   offers   using   smart   contracts   to   register subjects   under corresponding legal conditions.
4.Sellers accept offers by e-signatures.
5.Intermediaries fulfill their functions (agreement analysis, notarial procedures and etc.).
6.When  all  the  mentioned  above  conditions  are  met,  smart  contracts  launch payment system that enables buyers to deliver payments in digital money.
7.Smart  contracts  monitor  payments  and  transfer  property  to  a  new  owner  in
BitRent register upon fulfillment of all conditions. We design this system in modular way and enable buyers to monitor fulfillment of the
contract terms.
