Or is it just about the way your balance is shown to be the same no matter what, but no money can be deposited and withdrawn from betcoin.ag (that's the site, right)? I guess you should contact their support team and tell them about this problem. I do hope they give you some reward for that, but who knows, they don't really have the best reputation on such matters, you know.
