i think, the most centralized element right now is developers team. I think we have too little people which can help develop all that stuff around. There are many thing to do like - website improvements, software  and more.  I think it's a question of time that more talented people will come to help with building that difficult things . But still essential matter is cohesion of vision and direction, that's why some kind leaders must be. Like in every business/social project.
