Hope this is the right section, I already posted this question but I think it’s been deleted from altcoins section.

I set up a wallet on my ether wallet and then did it again, I can use the one that opens when I connect my ledger no problem but I’m worried the password and key I have written down may be for the first one?

I don’t want to xfer my funds till I know I have the right key and password for obvious reasons.

How can I check? Or do I create new wallet and keep password and key, but if I do that how do I know I’m accessing the most recent one created and not one of the older ones.

Sorry if I sound daft, I don’t really know how this site works 😂

You can identify whether you are opening up the wallet you had previously created or one that you created recently by noticing your ether address.
Each wallet should have different ethereum address for receiving coins. Just open all of your wallets one by one and note down ether address for remembrance. Once you find out your primary wallet, save its backup and forget others so that you will not get confused in future
