what is the maximum amount to send DEM out of wallet ??
i try to send 100k, 50k but no luck

With the SUM you are talking about size !
Goto (in your wallet) send input (there select list view)
now select your coins (you want to send) until you reached 100k and you will see the size of the transaction at Byte ~xxxx
if you reached the limit (~xxxx turn red) this is the maximum to send in one transaction
