hi, can you link here the form you are saying? because abi did not post about the form to be filled up for the third round of airdrop.. he clearly says that we ONLY need to PM him for our mew address.
dont be stupid peoples, those form are only scams, no airdrop will ask to send eth ... keep your money . At least, abi18 said you need to send a pm

Ethd or not, never ever send any of your eths to an airdrop. Not for fees or not for a donation. Just don't.
