One is the address of your gambling website and the other address is the one where your change has gone, now if you want your tx to get confirmed, make another transaction with either of the above address to one of your other new address and include a fee of around 0.001BTC.
This fee will then cover the fee for your previous transaction. And your both, this tx and the newly made tx will get confirmed. This always works.
