We are not sure what our ticker will be yet - this will decided in conjunction with exchanges. Further updates will follow, but it unlikely to be 'ARC' - there are already two crypto's with ARC ticker.

Re Proof of Stake:
There are three test that need to be met for Arc coin to be successfully issued (please see technical paper for further details):
 - Proof of Identity - KYC/AML and regulatory approval checks on the purchaser
 - Proof of Funds - to ensure the purchaser has sent sufficient funds, and to confirm this is amount
 - Proof of Reserves - to confirm the NAV per coin - which sets the subscription price
