No, the connector on the left side of the green connector. Im not sure what the green connectors cable would look like.
You would most probably split the power from a psu via y-cables.
The green connector is a screw terminal, you just strip a few mm of wire and screw it into the connector. You can use it to daisy-chain the boards (connect PCI-E to first board, then run wires from first board screw terminal to second board screw terminal and so on). But I would not daisy-chain many boards like that, probably would use a star design (PCI-E to a board, then connect screw terminal to other few boards, so connect board 1-2, 1-3, 1-4 to not overload the wires). All the power connector are connected together, so you can use any combination of them.
You connect the boards with data cables by the CAN connector and then connect the first board via USB/microUSB cable to a PC/RPi.
