I was in the same case of you.
As the maintenance was ower, the transfert was started automatically to Cryptopia.
I go home (12hours after) and check on cryptopia: I have well received my Safex token.
I now it doesn't indicate the minimal time to transfert them but well if you havent make any mistake they should appear after 12hours

Over 24 hours passed and no income at Cryptopia, but since last night i noticed their Safex wallet is in maintenance... I checked the transaction on the blockchain and its confirmed, hope they will appear after the maintenance is over.
I also opened a ticket, but no answer since yesterday.
I also opened a ticket. Cryptopia has had the wallet in maintenance now for over 24 hours. I've watched potentially thousands of dollars slip away while they're ignored my ticket. Good times. No ETA from staff. I've tried tickets, forums, Twitter, and Facebook. I'm not sure why customer service is such a problem for exchanges - but they're losing customers every minute at this rate, because of it.
