Every pump of that kind doesn't require news.
Since the pumper has closed the buy order at over 10k sats, it makes sense to assume that that person assumes the price will go above that, otherwise he would make a huge loss. That is why I bought the dip. I never bought this one before, so it is a medium risk / high reward chance imo.

This coin behaves like a slow development coin, not like a scam coin. That makes a difference.
