i get message from support i shall "send new email"

i dont know that they mean, so i sent them a new email-adress they can change my account to.

then i got message that they wanna IP-History and Transaction History and so on....

I dont have these things? coins were sent from minning pools to btc-e.

Why cant they speak to me in sentences more than 3 words??
