Re: Will this transaction ever get confirmed?

long story short: I invested in oaccoin (lending platform).
I shouldn't have and I know it was a risk.
After several days they finally let me withdraw my funds (I only made a very small profit).
They gave me a txid but when I look at it, I think it will never get confirmed because of the ridiculously low fee they set:

Is this ever going to get confirmed? I'm sure they did this on purpose.
Is there anything I can do to get my money? I'm willing to pay a fee for it.

Your tx id wrong bro. Please provide the right id to check whether we can accelerate your transaction or not. You will find the many accelerator tool in online like antpool accelerator or viabtc tool. Either anyone of this will help you to faster your transaction without any charge.
There are some paid services you will find here to have the transaction in the destination wallet. Send a pm your tx id I will help you as soon as possible once i find.

And that's the only txid they're willing to give me. Their standard answer is to have patience, the btc blockchain is congested,... and then they ignore me.

By checking in chain.so link you have added in your op post. It is visible and not yet confirmed. But If you look up in block explorer or blockchain explorer it does not shows anything as a result.
