In this case I would prefer A4+. It is more profitable. 2 moths  sooner delivery. Only 1135 USD dif.   1135 USD => ROI ~ 2 months => after => more profitable.

The last sold batch is S9 21-30 Jan, the next batch is L3+ march.

Either they produce miners for themself or whale and do not care about shipping (only to preserve themself as company which to end customers) 
or may be new product is comming...
