Isnt it still just trading as a IOU on HitBTC? I think those prices arent reflecting the actual supply and demand of the coin and therefore do not represent the real price. We should wait for real exchanges until we judge prices. Speculation in general is another thing, but IOU's itself are nothing but speculation.

Yes, but to see it growing instead than decreasing has some significance. (5 dollars barrier broken btw.)
For instance SONM was decreasing a lot on HitBTC during the ICO, due to the ICO hacking, and indeed it didn't recover for a while and started below ICO price.
