You realize that no one is going to hand you a proof of identity and funds just to get the idea?
By the way it's stupid to ask for that as if someone wants to steal your idea it would mean that they just need the money and to show you they have the money. If you want serious investors act like one. I got money in BTC I don't know what to do with and I'm hell sure I won't give you any proof just because you want it...
You should give interested people at least some technical infomations: amount of total investment needed, expected ROI, nature of the idea...
