It started in penies and now is 17k. That's a return of much more then 50.000 times. To come to 1 million USD it need only 50 times of that what we is the value right now. 
I think that it would take a long time to reach that price.More economic analysts predict that bitcoin would reach that price in the next few years.When any one would have said this an year ago when bitcoin price was just $850,every one would have laughed at him.But its now coming towards the reality.
