I have several transactions, all of which are not confirming

One recieving transaction of $500, which has been stuck confirming for 10days now

And 2-3 outgoing transactions of $100 each, all of which have been stuck confirming for 3+days now

I literally cannot use bitcoin right now because of the insane fees.  Trying to send $100 worth of BTC results in a $66 transaction fee for the standard fee mode, $33 for super economy setting, and if i manually adjust it to a lower fee, its stuck in confirming forever.

Fees have increased to an even more stupid amount today- I tried to send $10 of bitcoin to see if i could actually get a transaction through- I had to pay $16.50 in fees, more than the fucking amount of the transaction.  Its been 2 hours and that still has no confirmations.

What the fuck is going on?
