We wouldn't settle for BFL or Avalon mining with their own equipment. Why do these Chinese ventures get a free pass from that scrutiny?
Friedcat does not need your money to increase his hashing power, he makes PLENTY of money from mining to add all the hashing power he wants. Selling mining equipment is mainly because he is producing more hashing power then he can deploy... so he sells the extra for profit.
Basically yes, the damage has already been done. Way to go guys. Chinese centralization will soon be achieved.
