I took part in AE ICO about 0.2btc in 2017 may.   Recently,Everry time I claimed  æternity ledger(Option 2: Sign a message using your own wallet software or hardware). I got the message:
Sorry, something went wrong. Check your Internet connections, refresh this page and please try again. In case you used your own wallet software or hardware (e.g. Ledger), please check if you have inserted the signature, email and your address correctly.

signature, email and my address are all right.

What's wrong with me ? What should I do?
