No, the ICO-partyboat is about to stop. I got several x10 from ICO's but it always takes about 2-3 months.  These days I don't trust many ico's since news got out and all the noobs are in.  That means sharks are in too.  I only invest in ICO's after research.  Best chance to get a x10 is on small exchanges like coinexchange.io.  But that's more lottery than anything else.

If I got in with a small amount of money and the knowledge I gained oevr the years, I'd just wait...

Another strategy is buying tokens that just got dumped for no reason while the news isn't that bad.  Chances are real they will recover and you just got in cheap.  Possible tokens/coins under that criterium would be

- MGO (community is furious because they didn't moon yet, not much news but they got gamecredits behind them and they got connections.  It could go way up after news)

- MNX (wait until the big crowd finds out, another exchange lists them knowing they pay about 4% week interest.  Put your buy order on 25$)
