I am having similar problem, i sold grx, no btc, no grx. This is my first time of using your exchange nd i am really disappointed, having such horrible experience on livecoin. I regretted transacting on livecoin, i raised ticket, send mail, no response. My username is Tolullopsy, kindly find a solution to my problem
I also sent mail,ticket and message here but still no response. I hope they fix it soon as we don't want our tokens getting stuck to a black hole.
