I think that transaction fee calculator is out dated.
Check that transaction from explorer

Transaction fee goes up and down on monero depending the network. Sometimes it's bigger than 0.015 XMR too.
You would find withdrawal fee of monero is quite bigger on all exchange sites.
Monero transaction fee is expensive by its coin spec. Use auto exchange if you want to save transaction fee.
This is why most miners in monero are using auto exchange. Pool gather all amounts in one and send to exchange site.
