If that still doesn`t work, see if you can send some of your coins to yourself using the coin control features, if so you may need to consolidate your inputs as too many dust inputs can cause tx size issues ( and also take forever to stake ). I`m assuming you already deleted the block chain files and resynced using a bootstrap file.
