When i say one or two man team that simply implies the founders to start with. They off course can hire and build a team post ICO. Opinions?
Prove it with your product and there will be a lot of people interesting with your project. In these days icos need a lot of money to develop the product and why are not trying to do the other wise thing. Release the useful product and then you will get a lot of investors interested with your ico to continue the development.
Because you are building from only two persons and that means it will be so difficult to gain the trust from the investors.
