You never know what happens with altcoins when BTC drops. But most of the time they are suffering too when BTC price goes down. So in my opinion its likely that PTOY will loose USD value as well when BTC drops.
It is a common mistake to consider your balance in fiat.If you are here then your balance should be in Btc or Eth.

PTOY has been loaded up to the fullest by whales just before, now settling for a breather, with any good project news, it's going to catch up with its with Bitcoin-rise-ratio.... that's what i guess.
I notice bullish sentiments and I share them.But I did not get a response about the PTOY blockchain.
