I then tried to open the same file on my computer and It just says loading wallet. I waited for 2 hours so far and still going. Here is my order number and address

I tried to find a fix here however I do not know what to do and I do not want to loose my coins. I just want to put them in the minexcoin bank for parking or put them on the exchange. Before I buy some I need to fix this first. Please let me know what I can do. If you came out with a new wallet that could be the problem. I just want to try parking. I have no trouble logging in to the different sites because I set them up before, I just can not get the wallet to work. Ive looked here to find a solution but no luck.
