Open notepad, type "aeond --data-dir " without the <> and "", save as, change .txt file type to all, change the name of the file to "anything.bat" and save it to the folder you have aeond in, run it and it should start syncing the blockchain to that directory.

Just run that instead of aeond whenever want to use your wallet. It might be forward / instead of \ I am not sure
