I've written literally dozens of business plans and it only takes 6 hours tops if you have your info even vaguely. A business plan is just that... a PLAN. No one said it had to be exact and the fact that they couldn't produce one on the 15th like they promised, leads an experienced person in financial matters to start to believe that they can't believe whatever they say anymore.
