10 days ago I decided to send my coins on c-cex.com and I turned on my wallet, but I couldn't send
It's written that - ''15 weeks behind''
what does it mean?

I'd be careful of c-cex they delisted a coin of mine that today would be worth about 20,000 usd. Terrible customer service. They would not return my coins either, or my lost ethereum transactions that left my account but never showed up at its destination
