I agree.. He'll try to get 25-30 (read: too much). Theres still a large number of people on this very forum who will probably pay 35  for one, even though i can just about prove that would be a poor investment.  Their numbers are dwindling a bit, but being good at math is, ironically, not a prerequisite for someone who brute forces sha256 hashes.
