Hello,

i bought an Antminer l3+ on 8th Sep.
The failed to deliver 3 times. Now they do not answer my emails any more.
The last time i managed to connect with them by phone, and was told they do not expect the product by Mar2018 !!!
This is redicilous.
I wanted my money back, but was told i have to wait 120 days from the proceeded payment, because my order is made on a company !??!?
I have send send a claim to EU site costomer support.
Does anyone know something about this 120days?
How to proceed to take my money back ?....should i start a court case ?
