Dear all, I was withdrawing my BTC from one of lending platforms called OAC but it has been already 5 days and I have yet receive my btc.

Anyone can tell me if this transaction is legit from the payer? How come i cant find it in the blockchain website ?

The funny thing is in this transaction , the 0.31btc belongs to me but the other 3.97btc was being send back to the same wallet that it withdraw from. Do u think the payee trying anything funny to make my withdrawal hard? Now I just hope someone here can help me unstuck this transaction if its legit.
