Hi everyone I need experts help I sent NKA coin from cryptopia to yobit in July 2017 they didn't release my coin when ever I send them a message they copy/paste this reply. Please tell me what I should to do?

we have been advising users not too use yobit for well over a year now due to this issue with them no other exchange has any issue with the wallet
yobit just like to trap users with the wallet maintenance issue
