This current block chain update is only for the NYC wallet (Core Version) v0.10.4
I will post the link also for the NYC Wallet (Miner Version) v1.0.1.1-unk-beta once mine has updated.

Download file "NYC Core Wallet v0.10.4 Blocks & Chainstate Dec 17 2017.zip"
Close you NYC Core wallet.
Extract files into your NYC file folder where your NYC .conf file is located and allow to overwrite.
Restart your NYC Core wallet and you should be sync'd to the files date Dec 17th.
Allow your wallet to finalize updates.
