I'm not sure about the price in January. Universa did a huge spam campaign with their referral system and according to their site they will need to distribute free tokens to millions people. This mean huge transaction costs and and huge amount of tokens for instant dump of bounty hunters.
You exaggerated a bit, don't you think?
they has 6xx k (inc. all investors) registrations... also they filtered many fake registrations... so there are no millions of people to receive free UTN 
also, not so many UTN will be distributed... and you can't dump the price with 50 UTN but yeah, who know? If the price will dump, I will buy more
