Certainly feels like a scam. Did anybody receive tokens? Or even a firm date when they'll be distributed?
Nobody got anything & nobody will get anything. Same as all the other Ambisafe/Andrey Zamovsky scam ICO's.
If they didn't reach the target, the correct thing to do is refund.
That will never happen I'm afraid. They have scammed you - all funds are lost. Gone.
