The chart just shows an organic growth of the coin based off ongoing patterns.

It's hard to predict how much the market cap will be in three or four months from now, but it's relatively easy to anticipate the token going up a few hundred satoshis each month.

If we can agree that it will increase by 200 to 500 units, then we can calculate the price by predicting BTC's growth in the same calendar too.
