Which wallet were you using? You probably want to use the same wallet as you were originally using. If you did, you might want to try an older version of that wallet.
As an example, if you were using electrum ltc, you may want to try an older version of the wallet.
that is strange thing, I have tried to find old wallet versions and to try all of them but I count find any of those, then my logic was that wallet is like a program for mail, no matter which one you use mails are still on server... maybe I am wrong - Im graphic designer

From my experience with cryptocurrencies, you must recover a wallet with the same wallet that you used to back up your wallet. You can't recover a btc seed from electrum to multibit hd.
What was the name of the wallet that you used to backup your LTC with? I have resources that I can use to find old stuff on the web with.
