I sent 0.52 eth to Polo to see if I could trust them, results are in:-
1762 block confirmations
11 hours and 40 mins waiting for it to arrive
nothing showing in my Polo account.
Have been doing this for some years now and never really had these kinds of issues before with Polo, so just sharing my experience. If Polo doesn't sort this kind of thing out, then they will lose a lot of users, it's such a shame, they were so good at one point.

Its 1 day 2 hours and my deposit is not yet credited to my account filed a ticket and just by looking around it might take a week or months before they will reply or read the ticket
lol i should read this post early. they are processing ETH deposit manually. really slow
already send 0,55 eth to polo wallet
