BlockCat road map indicates that their base product will be out in 2018 Q2. Their road map also indicates additional features to be added till 2019 Q4.
I guess Etherparty product will be out in 2018 Q1 it self. They do not have road map published in the website.
If I want to throw in $100 into these two, I will go with $75 on Etherparty and $25 on BlockCat for the simple reason that Etherparty has published a beta and they have been announcing through several mediums that they will go live by 2018 Q1.
