For those who asked whether the fans within Jalapenos are blowing upwards or downwards, it's upwards in the original package. I have removed the casting and flipped the fan to blow downwards.
I agreed that BFL might have tested both way and decided that blowing upwards is the best way but this is with the constraints of the casting. So without the casting, i think it's better to blow downwards.

What do you mean they might have tested both ways? Do you think they flipped the coin and decided to go with fan upwards on a whim?
