not logging in for a year, then found out Account Disable,
try to Enhance Verify complete, but still account disable
Open ticket to support still no one looking at it, no reply for 14 days now
i have 0.2xxx BTC and alcoin left on this account but now it worth over $1000 and then they disable my account

hello, it's about the same as it happened to me.
if you want things to go faster, I advise you to try 2fa and open a new ticket "reactivated my account". I got an answer the next day and the account unlocked in the week
thank mate, i try 2fa trick last night and send my selfie with passsport, wait to see what happen next
now my account worth more than $4000
my account is disabled more than 2.5 month yet.... more than 50000$ is blocked....... i lost vey chances .... if they didn't disabled my acccount without any problem now i had 200000$ ;(
