Hi, I am in need of help for a stuck bitcoin transaction that has been stuck over 10 days because no miner will pick it up do to what I believe is the low usage on the site and volume overload. The transaction can only be found on chain.so website. It has 0 confirmations and 0 confidence right now. I have been waiting for it to post to the address it's supposed to go to. I would even be willing to pay if someone can mine this for me. The TXID can't be sent to a BTC accelerator because it is only found on the chain.so/api website.

The TXID is 75372ecb768ae89ee4736dba65529a5a543a7c1198083a3e344f22efabfa6eeb found on chain.so/api

Sender is 38ZQfki1wQAGGHp1mVrvaTSxAWf2dNuJcg

Receiving Address is  185tmf1NLtMB3xMGBJQB8KiZuDVubRP8we on Coinbase

If someone can assist me I would be soo grateful and have no problem sending money for a thank you! I just am so bummed this transaction won't process and I can't get help because it is through chain.so/api

I would be so grateful if anyone can help push this through and will pay for it to be processed!

There are 3 possibility's here:
1) make sure your wallet stops rebroadcasting your transaction, wait untill most nodes dropped your tx from their mempool, rescan/repair your wallet and re-create the transaction

2) try to re-broadcast your raw transaction:
Code:
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
just google for "bitcoin transaction broadcast", and use these online tools...
However, with a 6 sat/byte fee, chances are slim your transaction will be picked up by a miner, which brings us to point 3

3) pay somebody to include your tx into the block they're working on... but first make sure you completed step 2, those payed transaction accelerator services won't work if your tx isn't in their mempool.
viabtc.com, btc.com, macbook-air (bitcointalk) or quickseller (bitcointalk) can help you out with payed acceleration

transaction id:e6ee09d2ed0aaeb2b158dd61e200e2090481d9264d847fb24229ebf075af7216
sender/receiver: sender and receiver
addresses: 1HiLVBFu9cXDMq4y4vLCNL6Tf6XC7aDNwp is my address, 13uYDd8ToLRvyHYxJEpbFniCVSSS8qgvgJ is the sender's address (and his change address to)
wallet software: Breadwallet on iOS
mempool: yes, i have checked http://www.mocacinno.com/page/getraw, entered my transaction id, and i was shown the raw transaction, so this transaction is in your mempool
something strange: no, i have checked for unconfirmed parents, dust outputs and double spends on blockchain.info, and could not find any anomalies
rectified situation: yes, in the future i'll use dynamic fees, and set the slider all the way to the right AND i'll use http://www.mocacinno.com/page/feeestimate for a second opinion

Since the fee is lower than 10 sat/byte, i can only push it to antpool, which is heavily abused lately and doesn't offer a big chance of getting your tx in their blocks... But as a hail mary shot, i've pushed your tx towards them.
I'd suggest trying to create a CPFP, or create a transaction double spending the inputs of your transaction (to bad, your tx hasn't opted in for RBF).
To be honest, i don't have a clue how to create, sign or broadcast transactions with breadwallet
