I am not fully sure,but i think PoS starts after the PoW phase ends,which is at the block 15000(1 month after release).That is the idea of this coin,to not be a minable coin,so it does not consume much power with transactions.PoS and masternodes will be the only way of getting more after the first month,grab them now when they are cheap,I will hold my part.
