Anybody will be able to register to use the platform. It is only open to accredited investors to serve as lenders, with the goal to open it up further in the future.

As a borrower, qualifying for a loan on the platform will depend on the borrowers credit profile, but it will be a lot easier than any other loan application with much lower interest rates.
